The plan for the NantuhHayLuh this Sunday is to meet at Ferriby's Park at 11:00 am - throw out the kids, wife, and gear - run down to the bottom - buy bracelets and hitch back to Ferriby's Park and put on at noon.
If you are not familiar with the NantuhHayLuh, Ferriby's Park is 1/3 of the way down the river from the top put in, and is the picnic area near the bridge. Often used as a lunch stop.
If you want to carpool or follow someone, meet at the Wal-mart around 8:00 AM in Lenoir City near the gas pump end of the parking lot. We will leave at 8:30 AM from here.

You can also "buy bracelets" at the BP station/store on highway 19/74 left before you get to the public put-in turn above Pattons. You pass this store on the way to Farabee. Might save you some time by avoiding the crowds at NOC.
